1. Purpose
This policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities for identifying, assessing, reporting, and responding to suspicious or fraudulent activities to protect iEvolution Pro LLC, its members, and its stakeholders from financial and reputational harm.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, Independent Brand Promoters (IBPs), customers, partners, and third parties associated with iEvolution Pro LLC.
3. Definition of Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized transactions or account access
- Identity theft or misrepresentation
- Chargeback fraud or payment disputes
- Unauthorized use of promotional codes or discounts
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Manipulation of compensation plans or commissions
- Multiple accounts created to exploit bonuses or incentives
4. Monitoring and Detection
iEvolution Pro LLC actively monitors transactions and activities to detect and prevent fraudulent behavior. Our company works in partnership with Nuvei, our merchant provider, which assists in risk assessment, fraud prevention, and secure payment processing.
Fraud detection measures include:
- Transaction monitoring: Nuvei’s fraud prevention tools flag high-risk transactions.
- AI-based risk scoring: Automated risk analysis helps prevent unauthorized payments.
- Account verification procedures: Identity checks for new registrations and high-value transactions.
- Chargeback protection: Monitoring and managing disputes to reduce fraudulent chargebacks.
- Internal audits and compliance checks to ensure security and integrity.
5. Reporting and Investigation
5.1 Reporting Suspicious Activity: Anyone who identifies suspicious activity must report it immediately to [Designated Team/ Email].
5.2 Investigation Process:
- Nuvei’s fraud detection system will be used to analyze suspicious transactions.
- The risk assessment team will review the case and collect necessary evidence.
- Affected accounts may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
- Additional verification (e.g., ID checks, proof of payment) may be required.
- Fraudulent transactions may be reported to relevant authorities if necessary.
6. Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the following actions may be taken:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Forfeiture of commissions and bonuses related to fraudulent activities
- Reversal of unauthorized transactions in cooperation with Nuvei
- Legal action if necessary
7. Prevention and Risk Mitigation
To minimize fraud risks, iEvolution Pro LLC will:
- Work closely with Nuvei’s fraud prevention team to enhance security measures.
- Educate IBPs and customers about common fraud risks and best practices.
- Require strong authentication and identity verification for payments.
- Regularly update fraud detection tools and internal policies.
8. Compliance and Review
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with Nuvei’s fraud prevention guidelines, industry regulations, and emerging fraud risks.
